2. Drain the water from the carrots.
3. Pour the oil into a frying pan.
4. Pour the syrup or honey into the frying pan.
5. Fry the carrots for three or four minutes making sure the carrots are completely coated with the sauce, but don‘t burn.
6. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
Serve and eat while hot, pouring remaining sauce in frying pan over them.
